"Delayed sleep-phase syndrome (DSPS) is a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, a chronic disorder of the timing of sleep, peak period of alertness, the core body temperature rhythm, hormonal and other daily rhythms relative to societal requirements. People with DSPS generally fall asleep some hours after midnight and have difficulty waking up in the morning."

...Have you seen Richard Linklater's Waking Life? (Thanks Kurt, for turning me on to it back in the day.) It taught me about lucid dreaming. I was able to lucid dream once after watching it and trying to do so for a night or two. As I walked down the street at night I looked up at the stars. For a moment, I was aware that I was dreaming and chose to fly. It felt good.
Waking Life also introduced me to radio talk show host Alex Jones (check him out on YouTube/Google Videos - right or wrong, he's definitely a thought provoker) and posed the very poignant question,
"Which is the most universal human characteristic, fear or laziness?"
